Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Applying
When you submit an application you certify that the information in it is correct and complete, and you give the Admissions Office permission to verify it. Submitting an application, or paying the application fee, does not guarantee admission.
The application fee is non-refundable. Documents you upload or hand in with your application become the property of the institute and are not returned; original certificates brought for verification are returned to you.
Fees and payments
Tuition and other fees are set out on the fees page and on your invoice. Payments are recorded against the reference you quote, so always use your application or admission number exactly as shown. Entry through the fees gate depends on your fees being on schedule for the term.
Content on this site
Programme details, fees and intake dates are published in good faith and may change. The information on your invoice and in your admission letter takes precedence over anything on the public site.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's account or records, interfere with the operation of the site, or submit information you know to be false. We may suspend access to protect the system or other users.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
